docUP Secure Document Upload is a highly convenient mobile app designed specifically for individuals applying to DYCD funded programs. With this app, users can effortlessly upload their supporting documentation using their mobile device. It simplifies the application process by only requiring basic program-specific information to be entered, eliminating the need for account creation.

There are no limits to how many times the app can be utilized for uploading the necessary supporting documents required by the DYCD program. This feature ensures that applicants can conveniently submit all their required documents without any hassle.

Once the documents have been successfully uploaded via the mobile upload app, both the provider and DYCD users gain access to review and process the applicant's documentation. To streamline this process, each client's application is assigned its own secure document inbox where all submitted documents can be easily reviewed and validated.

Comprehensive due diligence is carried out by the provider and DYCD users to ascertain the sufficiency of the uploaded documents in accepting an applicant into the program. Once all the program's requirements have been met and verified, the application is prepared for processing and approval in DYCD Connect.
